Associations and Groups Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) Offers a variety of information and resources, including certification information, regional conferences and shows, membership information, and chapter locations/contacts.
Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers (APPA) The Association of Higher Education Facilities Officers (APPA) is an international association dedicated to maintaining, protecting, and promoting the quality of educational facilities. APPA serves and assists facilities officers and physical plant administrators in educational institutions throughout the United States and worldwide.
Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) The Building Service Contractors Association International is made up of member companies who provide cleaning, facility maintenance and other related services to building owners and managers.
Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) The CRI is the Dalton, GA-based trade association for manufacturers of carpet and rugs. This consumer-oriented site also provides good basic information for facility/carpet care professionals.
Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) was established for the professional training and education of building cleaning and maintenance staff, managers, supervisors and executives.
